Why do i receive an database connection error message after installing Site Store Pro when trying to access the site (store files) or administration area?

Your MySQL database server connection information values are either invalid or have not been changed from the Site Store Pro installation default (temporary) values that came with the install files.

Please verify that the connection values (hostname, username, password and database) are correct for your specific database are correct in the /Connections/SiteStoreProDB.php file on your installation.
