Site Discounts Configuration

Site Store Pro gives the site administrator the option to enable/disable what types of discounts are active on the online store at any given time.

The discounts configuration screen is accessed by clicking on the ‘Discounts’ tab in the web-based admin and then ‘Discounts Configuration’ on the left column menu.

By default, all discount types are automatically enabled. However, by default, only one (1) discount type can be applied to the order at any given time.

Note; How many discounts can be applied to the same order is only relevant for “complete order” based discounts (Coupon Codes, Preferred Customer, General Order, New Customer). 

 Item-Specific , Category/SubCat/Collection, item quantity-based, special item price discounts can always be applied and are always active (turned on).)

Although all discounts types are automatically enabled by default, discounts must be added to the discounts manager for each type for the specific type of discount to be available (active) on the store.
