How do I turn off the Captcha validation on my account registration forms?
By default, Captcha (reCaptcha) is turned on to prevent bots from spamming your customer registration forms.
To turn off Captcha validation on the registration forms (retail user, wholesale user and guest checkout), ...
- Login to your admin area
- Click On Store Setup
- Click On User Registration Setup
- Click On User Registration Configuration | Content (Retail - Wholesale)
- Click The Box next to the field 'Disable Captcha Validation On Registration'
- Click The 'Update Configuration Button'
Please note that for PCI compliance and data security reasons, you cannot disable the Captcha validation on your admin area login page.
