On January 27, 2015, a critical security vulnerability was discovered in Linux systems called GHOST. The GHOST vulnerability does not affect the Site Store Pro shopping cart software directly but your online store / website may be running on an affected version of Linux. If you are hosting on a Linux platform, you should contact your hosting provider or server administrator as soon as possible to check if your specific server is running an affected version of Linux and/or if the server has been patched. Site Store Pro does not provide hosting services so you will need to contact your hosting provider if you are running a Linux-based webserver to see if your website(s) are affected by this critical security flaw.
